There was a super long line back to the ship! In order to get back on board in Key West you have to show identification along with your sign in sail card.

I don't suppose you took a picture of the bathroom or a wider shot of the room? My mother needs a wheelchair accessible cabin and the one thing that always stops me from booking this class of ship is the lack of pictures of accessible cabins. I don't want to spend 4-5 nights on a ship where every move in the cabin / bathroom is a struggle.

The show was really awesome! I enjoyed every moment. We danced in to the atrium and partied a little.

 

The atrium was beautiful at night.

The band by the casino. They were really good!

 

 

I hung out with my table mates at Karaoke then we headed to the comedy show. We headed to the comedy shows staring Manny Oliveira. He was ok. He does a lot of audience interactions. On the last night I was the lucky chosen one and he called me the black Goldilocks, lol.

 

Next stop: Cozumel!

I did not take a shot of the bathroom sorry. But there should not be any reason you can not maneuver in the room. I loved the room. The shower has a chair in it and plenty of space for an extra person in case she needs extra assistance. There is a bar near the toilet and on the bathroom door. I would book it if I were you.

And what was the general temperature in your cabin?

I like it chilly at night to sleep.

Workerbee01. It was cold as ice. They have an older ac system that has a turn knob on the vent in the ceiling. The room steward told me I couldn't turn it off but I just kept turning it and it went off.

Great review so far! I'll be back on the Fantasy in November and it's nice to see the upgrades she didn't have the first time I sailed on her. By chance, did any of the waiters say if and when Fantasy will be going to the American Table menu? I can't help but wonder if they will still be on the old menus by the time I cruise.

I didn't ask. I was so excited to have the old menu. I'm not sure if the American Table is going on more ships on the fleet. This would be a great question for John Heald! I prefer the old menu.

Unless they have added boxes. I dont think the fantasy has any like the elation does. Or at least the last time i was on her it didnt

It's my understanding that when the first 6 Fantasy class ships were redone, the box was removed. This is also when the pink closets (gag) were exchanged for the wood grain, and the TV changed out. For whatever reason, the Elation and Paradise have yet to have the cabins updated.

It was a box on the ceiling with a turn dial knob to control the air. Seems quite unreasonable for a handicap room actually. I'm only five two so it was a struggle because I was being lazy and didn't want to fully stand on the bed.

So I decided on this trip to book excursions because there were only three ports. For Cozumel, Mexico I book "Salsa, Salsa, and Margarita's" because it had great reviews. Unfortunately it was cancelled the night before. I decided I would hit my favorite place, Mr. Sanchos. The port times were 1pm-10pm. As I was walking through a port I noticed some young girls and an adult and I tagged along with them.

 

 

I love Mr. Sanchos! It was $34 for six people in the cab. The all inclusive was $55.

I did not drink much. I also did not get in the water much. The goal was to tan. I have always wanted a henna tattoo, and I chose this for $15.

I had a great time in Mexico with the girls. We left at about 6:30 Cozumel time (stay on port time no matter what!!!). I ended up going back to my room to shower. Then headed back out.
