Navigator Embarkation

Just received an email from RCCL regarding the time to arrive at the port. They are asking us not to arrive prior to 12:30 pm. We have every intention to arrive much earlier.

 

For you recent Navigator cruisers, what were your boarding times like?

I believe everyone gets that email. Royal is trying to get enough people to bite to spread out the crowds. We go when we're ready. You can too.

I was on the 6 night cruise that departed on 3/13. We received the same text and emails. However, we arrived at the terminal between 11-11:15am and had zero trouble checking in(except a new employee checking us in). We were on the ship by 11:45, would have been sooner had we not had a rookie checking us in.;)

Go when you want. They are just trying to keep a huge number of people from all arriving at once.

We just sailed on Brilliance and got nothing from RCI in regards to Embarkation times. We arrived at the port at 10:30 and it was quite. We were on the ship by 10:45. :D

Same email in December. Arrived at 11:00 am and walked right on board. It's a ruse.

We had the same experience on the Brillance a few weeks ago. I'm aiming for

11:00 on the Navigator.
