We want to go to Grand Lucayan Resort when in Freeport. Should we pay them or is it easy to do on our own? What is the fee at the resort and what is included? Thanks!

I contacted them a few weeks ago and at that time they weren't selling passes at the gate. When they are busy, they don't sell day passes except for those that are pre-booked. Since I know this happened last summer (we are sailing in the summer this year), I just spent the extra $5 to get the passes through shore excursions. I didn't want to risk showing up and not be able to get a daypass and there really wasn't a back-up plan for us in Freeport!
