Carnival Breeze Staggered Check-In

We are boarding tomorrow and our boarding time is 10:00-10:30. Since of this whole new "staggered" concept, are lines shorter? I don't want my mother to have to stand for a long period of time. Should we just board the ship later? I don't know how long lines are at Miami because at Charleston, we boarded the ship after an hour and that was "peak" time.

Lines are usually short early. Just get there at your assigned time. It will become busier later on.

Keep in mind the staggered check in does not mean you will board right away. It's just the time you are allowed into the terminal. So there will still be some waiting around after you check in.

Even if you have to wait for awhile, by being there that early you are almost guaranteed to find seats to sit in while you wait.

 

We got there around 11:00 and while it was crowded we could all find seats while we waited.
