We are booked to dine in Wonderland restaurant on the Harmony.Can anyone tell me if the speciality cocktails are included if you have a Premium Drinks package?

Assuming they are under the $ amount then yes. They were in the Anthem.

 

I can strongly "recommend" the saltwater Taffy cocktail. It's very ahem, "unique"
