Help! Caribe balcony vs mini-suite on Island Princess

We are booked in the Island Princess Oct.6 to Hawaii. We have a mini guarantee but would like a covered balcony. Should we book a Caribe balcony? Any suggestions on cabins? We would really appreciate any help.

I also have a mini guarantee. I know some balconies are larger than others, but don't know the difference on the balconies. Anyone know? Impossible to tell by the brochure!
