I called this morning to set up a pickup from port to airport, but I literally could not understand the gentleman that answered. I did get out of the conversation the price of $8/pp plus tip. That is an excellent price for private pickup service. However, when he put me on hold for another call, I hung up. I COULD NOT understand him. Now what??

If you have access to a fax machine you could print all the details of your transfer (date, number of passengers, where to pick up, where you're going, a contact number, the ship you'll be coming off of, time to be there, etc) and fax it to them.

I hadn't thought of doing that before but now that you mention the communication hurdle it might be easier that way
