Are there video game time usage limits in the kid's clubs on more crowded sailings?

Hi. A couple of us want to sail with Princess but have concerns about whether or not our autistic sons will utilize the clubs. On Carnival they had limited video game usage times we think due to number of kids booked on the ship. I am new to this concept because Disney never does this. DCL actually limits the numbers of kids sailing likely to avoid kid overcrowding. Anyway, does anyone know if Princess Ruby clubs limit video game time in the clubs? Thanks!!!! :)

Yes, they limit the time on the computers for video games. They want the kids to participate in other activities. You'll receive a daily kids' schedule at the beginning of the cruise.

I'm sure that works great for kids with minimal social anxiety unlike mine whose is severe. Thanks for the info though.

Call Princess and ask. They have department that deals with medical issues. I don't know if they can accommodate your son, but it can't hurt to ask. You might be able to make special arrangements with you staying with him while he's in the club.

 

Princess doesn't treat the club as a big holding facility as Disney seems to do. There are fewer kids, and they have organized, scheduled activities throughout the day for all the kids to participate. Video games is just one of those activities.
