no but if you write to them and ask for padding on the mattress- it really helps. That's what i did for my February cruise and it was great. They do not use the egg crate mattress toppers anymore.

They were replacing mattresses late last year. I had a new mattress on the Christmas week sailing.

Can you tell me who to address that to (in order to request padding)? It seems that not all mattresses have been replaced as recent cruisers are still complaining about them.

Sure Bobkat MyCruise@rccl.com is where i sent my request and they were great getting back to me and when i boarded it was all done! It really helped a great deal.
