Carnival Shopping

Recommended Posts

I cannot speak directly about the Fantasy, but the ships I have been on have several shops.

The first is your basic Carnival Souvenier Shop - Tshirts, hats, pens, mugs, cups etc.

Then they have a liquor and cigarrette shop (with HBC essentials and snacks).

Then there was the purfume and jewelry shop, with a small selection of clothing (more beach and night ware).

Each day, they have specials outside of the shops. Some of the specials were coctail rings, Inch of Gold and Silver, and the last day, Tshirts 10.00each.

Hope that helps!

Some ships have a 'formalities' shop. It's where you rent tuxs, order flowers and gifts for cabins, and for some strange reason, the Carnival cookbooks are located there and never in the regular gift shop. The sundries shops I've seen have cigs, booze, and drug store items. Be aware that these little items are quite expensive. Had to buy a tiny tube of glue, and it was $4! (Like you buy 2 in a package for $1.25 at home.) Take all these things from home.
