Amalfi Lemon/Mozzarella Farm excursion

I'm looking for an excursion company that will do a half-day tour to a lemon and mozzarella farm (combo farm would be GREAT) and then lunch in Ravello. Most foodie excursions are full days. I don't even know if there ARE such farms in the Amalfi area. Anyone have any info that may be helpful? Thanks in advance.

There are no mozzarella farms along the coast, they require significant and relatively flat land for grazing as well as for growing the fodder to feed the livestock. The coast is mostly steep, rocky terrain where lemon trees can be easily grown.

 

The mozzarella farms are mostly concentrated in the Salerno province, east and south of the Amalfi Coast. It takes a minimum of 90 minutes to get there from Naples, with traffic more like two hours. I don't think there is enough time within the confines of a port day to do all three.
