Tendered port

Recommended Posts

Can anyone please give me some information about the procedure for tendered ports.

I have all our excursions booked with a company and have no concerns apart from the day we port near Nice, it's a tendered port and just concerned the excursion will leave without us. I know that RCI excursions leave first but would like some more details if possible.

Thanks in advance :)

When I'm doing s private shore ex I go to the gangway area with my group and if they tell us ship's groups leave first, I just smile and say not this time. I've gotten my group off first every time. Eight of us versus 100 or more ship's groups, heck no.

Never had a problem.

We are going to Vilafranche and will be using the tenders. I am aware that RCI do prioritise there own arranged tours. Then the other passengers who have priority tendering, such as suite guests and diamond + passengers. We will be getting there early to get on the tenders.
