I have tried to order a water package using the cruise personaliser, but it is putting up an error message with all of my credit cards. I was going to ring Princess UK and order over the phone but just realised that they are only giving an 0843 contact number which isn't covered by my inclusive BT phone package and appears to have a connection charge of 10p a minute. Bit cheeky as the US site has an 800 free phone number! Does anyone have a free phone or regular UK number for Princess Uk?

You beat me to it. the above number is the one I always use and if by chance you get a human being answering then they will put you through to Princess. Otherwise I usually get the choices. This number covers our bt free calls numbers.
