kk70 Posted April 22, 2016 #1 Share Posted April 22, 2016 I have tried to upgrade 2 balcony cabins on harmony of the seas to 1 owners suite for 4 persons but they will not allow due to maximum numbers on ship. Does anyone have any tips how to achieve this as the suite sleeps 4? Ship sails 29th May.
MrsPete Posted April 22, 2016 #2 Share Posted April 22, 2016 If they've already reached max capacity for the ship, they won't do this for you. Yes, I understand that you're not adding more people ... but if they move your four people to a suite, the two balconies will open up, meaning they can bring in another four people onto the ship. This isn't about rooms so much as general overcrowding on the ship. It's about maximum numbers for the dining facilities, pools, etc. Anyway, I'd rather stay in the two balconies. Two bathrooms, more square footage, and more privacy.
Clarea Posted April 22, 2016 #3 Share Posted April 22, 2016 Also, the muster station assigned to the suite may not be able to take the 3/4 passengers.
Kamloops50 Posted April 22, 2016 #4 Share Posted April 22, 2016 Part of the issue is the number of people assigned to lifeboats . Every section of lifeboats can only handle a given number . If you want four in the family suite . The numbers for that life boat is probably maxed out.
