Hi everyone... we are new to NCL and are about to book a cruise on the Escape for May 2017 and will need 2 cabins but 1 must be accessible as a member of our group has mild CP and requires being in a wheelchair. Does anyone have any pictures of the Accessible balcony rooms ? I search on line and really can't find much. Also is it better to deal directly with NCL or any good TA to recommend (sorry if not supposed to ask that). or can someone point me in the right direction ?

Thanks for any help.

This video has an Escape mini-suite accessible balcony cabin. The mini-suites on NCL are usually just a bit bigger than the regular balcony cabins.

We can't recommend specific TAs on here. To be honest, I have always had better luck dealing with NCL itself, calling into their customer service line. There are complaints about NCL customer service reps, but the complaints are usually for unusual requests or special situations. I would just call them and see how you feel about the conversation.

Did you do a search on youtube.com? I'm sure I've seen HC room tours there. I don't know about specifically for the Escape, but they should give you an idea.

We can't name TAs or recommend them on this forum, so no one's going to be able to help you there.

There's a forum here on Cruise Critic that is for those cruising with disabilities. You should be able to find good information there.

Good luck!

I'd suggest 9924 (HC room) and one of the rooms next to it (9324/9922). The balcony is great on deck 9 aft-facing.

The same for 12912 (HC) and 12312/12910 but the balcony is slightly smaller.
