Cabin selection....it's like they knew

We are sailing on the Magic in August. My wife and 4 boys. We have adjoining balcony cabins 9464/9468. Which appear to be the last two towards the aft.

 

It's like they knew my boys and wanted to keep them far far away LOL

 

Seriously, how are the cabins towards the aft?

I've found cabins in that area to be an excellent choice. Very convenient access to the buffet and other food stations, as well as the aft pool area. (I think Magic has a pool and a couple of hot tubs back there, it has been a while. But i remember it was a nice area to hang out during the day.)

We like cabins towards the aft elevators and chose them anytime we have that option!!

We prefer cabins so far aft that were sleeping in the dinghy behind the ship lol

 

Some ships do have a vibration issue.

I prefer the aft balconies. No one goes back there unless they have a cabin back there so they are usually quieter.

OP: Had very back and very front loved both, much more than our mid-ship cabin.

I go midship but pick a cabin as close to aft as I can get. I like being close to the after elevators and the after is where we hang out all day basically. I'd like to book an aft room someday.

Always book aft if available! Love the peace and quiet, and it's generally closer to the eating venues / Lido. Just up the steps....
