Internet plan on Splendor

Can anyone who's been on Splendor since its recent dry dock tell me whether the ship offers the old per-minute Internet pricing plan or the newer tiered pricing?

We were on the Splendor in April, she has the updated Internet plan.

ALL carnival ships are supposed to have the new internet plan.

 

And yes another confirm on Splendor having the new internet plan. We used it 2 weeks ago on Splendor. Good coverage all over the ship too.

Did they have the Carnival Hub yet?

 

How was the internet service? Was it reliable or spotty/intermittent? Good speed? slow?

In November no Hub... No complaints about the internet service, worked pretty well.
