Wonderland

I was looking a little help to understand the menu in Wonderland.

 

Do you choice one item from each of the six areas, such as Sun, Earth, Water etc? Or do you pick and choose as many starters and mains as you wish, within reason!

 

Also how big are the portions? Are they like tasting menu portion sizes?

When we went the waiter asked if we had any allergies or dislikes then just kept bringing us a seemingly random selection from the galley. Some were small, others were large, all the ingredients were explained by the waiter. We were struggling by the time we had dessert. A very fascinating trip into the culinary world but if you are a fussy eater you will struggle. Allow two hours for the experience. Enjoy!!
