Does drink package include 18% gratuity on Allure

Hello: Sorry to ask this question if it has been asked a million times! I noticed that there is now a 20% premium drink package discount offered online for my September cruise on the Allure, and I'm thinking of purchasing it before the discount disappears. I have two questions:

 

1. Does it matter if I buy my package now - will the discount disappear as we get closer to our cruise date?

 

2. Do the prices for the drink packages include the 18% tip (aka gratuity) charge?

There is no predicting if or when the discount will disappear.

 

They will add the 18% gratuity to the drink package price at the time you purchase it.

On Allure in April we purchased online w/ the 20% discount and paid $48 +/- per day INCLUDING the grat. :D
