Leaving the 23rd of the this month on the Ecstasy! There are beach excursions at each of our stops, Nassau, Freeport and Half Moon Cay. Which of the three would be the best beach to kill a little time on?

TIA

Absolutely Half Moon Cay. We have been there twice and it is the most beautiful beach I have ever seen. Plenty of lounge chairs and you can also rent clamshells. We've done a cabana once and a clamshell once, and though we prefer the cabana, it's not needed and you'll enjoy the beach either way.

Nassau you can take a taxi to Cabbage beach for a lot cheaper than the excursion. Of course, you're "on your own" then. And it can be crowded.

Freeport - we did our own thing there as well - Paradise Cove - though we were there for snorkeling, and it's not really a beach (more rocky). Love the people there though.

And as others have said, Half Moon Cay is basically a beach, so you don't even need to go on a side trip (though we did the snorkeling there)
