Can the Serenity areas on the Sunshine be reached by elevator? My wife has difficulty with steps

Yes they can use the forward elevator decks 10,11,12.

There are two designated elevators for the serenity levels. Make sure you press the right up elevator button. There are also designated elevators for the kids area (slides, rope course, etc) on the aft end of the ship. Enjoy!

Yes , use the forward bank of elevators and there are elevators designated with overhead signs that will take you to all 3 Serenity Levels
