cruiseaway7522 Posted May 14, 2016 #1 Share Posted May 14, 2016 Planning on a 3 day Bahama cruise with family of five. The Web site says these rooms sleep five but would like some feedback from anyone that cruised with five in one of these cabins or should I just book two cabins? Ex techie Posted May 14, 2016 #3 Share Posted May 14, 2016 If it is 5 adults, it will be very very cozy. ex techie

Ex techie Posted May 14, 2016 #5 Share Posted May 14, 2016 Not gonna work IMO. The bed cannot be split, so 2 adults will have to share it. The other beds are a wall pull down murphy bed, thats fine for an adult. The fold out sofa bed is fine for an adult if they are not really tall. The other bed is a drop down bunk bed from the ceiling with a 220 pound weight limit and again is fine for an adult if they are not really tall. Best book 2 Staterooms. ex techie
Hidden Minnie Posted May 15, 2016 #6 Share Posted May 15, 2016 Plus you'll have four adults sharing one toilet, one shower, etc....I say go for two rooms.
moki'smommy Posted May 15, 2016 #7 Share Posted May 15, 2016 You'll be far more comfortable with 2 rooms. If you want balcony access, you can save money by doing 1 room with a balcony and one inside across that hall. If you wish, you can get connecting rooms (door between them on the inside).
