B.O.B Excursiion ?????

I am leaving for Mariner of the Seas on October 30 and was looking for a fun excursion to do in St. Thomas. Has anyone been on the bob excursion with the bubble headed snorkling (I don't know how to explain it if you've been then I wanna talk to you!!!) I was wondering if it is worth the money and also what it is like, I am clostrophobic (sp?) and not sure if this would be a good idea. Also not sure how the water will be a week after a hurrican hit the carribean.
