WYTinman Posted May 26, 2016 #1 Share Posted May 26, 2016 (edited) I decided not to write a review of our Transatlantic cruise. I find myself looking through reviews at the pictures rather than reading them. So I will be posting my impressions of the Norwegian Spirit over the next few days. Definitely doing so now. --Michael All I can say is WOW!Some of the best pictures I have ever seen of the Spirit! You are a very talented photographer. The Spirit is a very nice - old - small ship. She will always be my favorite and a very willing model. It's not my talent it's the subject that makes for good pictures. Thank You for the kind compliment. WYTinman Posted May 26, 2016 Author #16 Share Posted May 26, 2016 WOW Mark great pictures. Love being on The Spirit. I hope you world is going well. You still live in Wyoming? Thanks Mandy, I moved from Wyoming about two years ago. Hence the break in my Cruising history. I will always be from Wyoming. I just don't have to be there to know I hate the winters. So I moved to a place where winters should be much better for my disposition....SUMMERTOWN TN. Mark

Cruisercl Posted May 27, 2016 #21 Share Posted May 27, 2016 Thank you so much for these great pictures!! You do have a talent. These bring back some very fond memories of my Med cruise last May on the Spirit. She is a beauty. I hope to sail on her again one day soon. One question; how does the Spirit handle a transatlantic sailing? Safe sailing all!! :)

You do have a talent. These bring back some very fond memories of my Med cruise last May on the Spirit. She is a beauty. I hope to sail on her again one day soon. One question; how does the Spirit handle a transatlantic sailing? Safe sailing all!! :) Good Question. She handled the crossing well. Although we had very calm seas the entire trip. The only draw back was our cabin location and the Captains love for speed. When the ship went 20 knots or more the rear of the ship shook and rattled like crazy. Under 20 kts it was just fine.
