What's the fastest you've gotten off Carnival in Galveston?

We are sailing Carnival Breeze out of Galveston July 24. DS has a soccer tournament the Sunday we get back in afternoon. What's the fastest you've gotten off the ship, assuming you did self assist and didn't have to obtain your checked luggage? Trying to see if it's at all feasible to make it back to Dallas by 3.

We did self assist in March when sailing on the Magic. We were in our car and starting the drive home by 8:30. We were parked at Park N Cruise just across the street from the terminal, so we did not have to wait for a shuttle.
