Call it what you want but we plan on touring the bars aboard Sunshine Day 1 using our Cheers package ... any suggestions on route to take?

I think we are going to start at casino bar as I read that's where we get our Cheers added (already prepurchased) and card hole punched.

I'm kind of wondering if we should start inside first or wait until later in the evening for entertainment and such to start.

I count 10 "bars" outside of restaurants and lounges

Library

Atrium

Piano

Sports

Casino

Red frog Pub

Red frog Rum

Alchemy

Blue Iguana tequila

Serenity deck

No way we hit all 10 first day (even if they were all open) ... anyways what are your favorite spots ? What get overcrowded ?

Cheers !!

I am fond of Red Frog Rum bar as they have the rum drinks and beer of the islands.

Very nice thank you, so they have a different beer selection than other bars (in your experience)?

My husband is a beer drinking and I'm more Rum and Tequila so I have a feeling we will be at this bar quite a bit ...especially on Sea Days.

Red Frog has a selection of island beers that are 12 oz and in glass bottles so they pour in a plastic glass or your insulated cup. They list Presidente, Kalik, Corona and Corona light, Red Stripe, Dos Equis. You can order a bucket but since they are glass bottles they give you a copy of receipt with 1-2-3-4 written at the top and as you get a beer they cross off the next number. You save $2 but you have to go to the bar each time. I usually get 2 Presidente and 2 Kalik. I have not tried the Red Frog Ale but a lot of people say they really like it a lot.

Thanks ! We have the cheers program so it will be one beer at a time either way. I've had plenty of Corona , Red Stripe and Dos Equis in my life...going to try the others. Do they dress the beer? (Salt/Lime)? If not I think I'll bring my own lime salt shaker..really class it up ;)

You can cross the library bar off your list. You cannot use your cheers package in there. But add to your list the bar in the Steakhouse! Well kept secret with the best wine on the ship.

Why can't you use Cheers! In the Library Bar?

Really ? I know it won't work on the wine machine but assumed the bar (when open) was included

Have not seen lime salt but they do put a slice lime if you order a Corona

Thanks ! I will throw a couple salt shakers in my bag and use their lime.

(I use the twang beer salts ... very small and portable).
