Reliable and inexpensive POM parking

Friend of mine is sailing from POM and wondered has anyone had experience with parking other than the garage at NCL terminal. Shes hoping for something a little less expensive but safe and reliable. Her cruise is sailing Sat to Sat. Thanks so much.
