Cruise personalizer availability!

The cruise personalizer has been down since Saturday. I thought folks might want to know that I just spoke to them and supposedly it will be up today. I will believe it when I see it!

Between this, incorrect cabin diagrams and getting absolutely no response when I send them feedback via the website, I am starting to wonder about their customer service!!

Princess recently (even this weekend) has been doing extensive work on thier website - improving it. At times you have to take it down (offline) in order to upload new developements. If you look at the "ships" tab it is awesome what they have done.
