It depends on what is important to you, and are you comparing apples to apples (Are both cruises 7-days? Are you comparing the same week? What type of cabin?). The Escape is newer, larger, and carries more people. NCL often offers different perks to get people to book such as an all you can drink package, so if that's important the Escape may offer you more value. On the Carnival board more people are likely to say go with the Breeze, on the NCL board you will get those saying Escape is the way to go.
