theotherchad Posted December 26, 2016 #126 Share Posted December 26, 2016 It's great to get back on CC after a lengthy break (One thing and another, we haven't cruised for a couple of years) and see a familiar CC'er, and a very helpful review that answered lots of my questions. We were on a roll call and a cruise together before (probably Voyager) and I recall running into you and the hubs when you pulled up at the Galvez, pre-cruise and a couple of times on board. We're booked in early November 2017 on the Liberty. It was hilarious to me, seeing the similarities you and Mr. Wolf share with my wife and I regarding some of the Galveston faves (Rum Shack, Galvez MILLERS!) Hope you get that springtime cruise booked! We're hoping to do the same, since the November cruise will be a family cruise and we'll have various grandparenting responsibilities. We need a pre cruise cruise just for relaxation. Great to hear from you and we hope to bump into you folks again on a future sailing!
MrSnarkyPants Posted December 30, 2016 #127 Share Posted December 30, 2016 Absolutely Millers if you want to have breakfast in Galveston. Their biscuits are greatness. Have you tried Sunflower Cafe for breakfast? It's fantastic!
MaggieMe Posted January 4, 2017 #128 Share Posted January 4, 2017 Reading every word. On the Liberty coming up, Feb 12. THANK YOU!
ssb Posted January 4, 2017 #129 Share Posted January 4, 2017 Have you tried Sunflower Cafe for breakfast? It's fantastic! On weekends Sunflower is noisy and loud , table spacing is tight , long waits for table , and food is ok.
Sun and Fun Posted February 4, 2017 #130 Share Posted February 4, 2017 We are in an OS on Liberty next January - same itinerary. What are the pros and cons of the two places you alternate with in Cozumel? Sent from my iPhone using Forums
