Have a look on sea-scanner. Example http://www.sea-scanner.com/schiffsposition.php?schiff=Celebrity+Reflection will give info on Reflection - just change the name (Reflection ) to the ship you want to know about.

 

Or you could try http://www.cruisemapper.com/ and the tracker option

curisett.com also has a good tracker and a tab for ports so you can see the port loads for each day. That helped me with planning our upcoming cruises. Did not want to just DIY it in a port when there were 3 ships in with over 10,000 total passengers..
