Dolphin Swim - Freeport or Nassau?

Interested in a dolphin swim for my teenage daughters. Will be in Freeport AND Nassau in early July. If you have done either and have an opinion I would appreciate input. Basically, is Freeport or Nassau better and which company seems to be the best? Any info is appreciated greatly as it's hard making a decision with so many options.

I've done the dolphin encounter at Blue Lagoon in Nassau. Loved it. I plan on doing it again in Sept. At Blue Lagoon after the encounter you can hang out at the beach. For a fee of course but they have water inflatables that are really fun.
