8038 is a Penthouse 3, and 8034 is the Category F inside cabin across the hall from it.

Neither of them is anywhere near the Terrace Cafe, which is the Buffet Restaurant, they are beneath the portion of the Pool Deck in the bottom left corner of the photograph above.

Naturally, the pool deck is manicured, and the lounge chairs aligned, first thing every morning. The staff are aware that passengers are sleeping below them and don't toss the furniture about, but its not a totally silent process either.

We tend to get to bed late, and never hear a thing, for example, but everyone is not blessed with as clear a conscience as I.

Penthouses 8058 and 8054 are under the Buffet Restaurant, but the floor is carpeted and the chairs are such that people tend to drag them rather than lifting and placing them.

Those two cabins are so close to one another that it would not make sense to pick one over another based on noise. The conventional wisdom is going to be that you take 8054 because it is closer to the center of the ship and more convenient to the aft Elevator Lobby.

Hope that this helped, enjoy your cruise!
