Has anyone ever tried the Panoramic 34 restaurant near the cruise ship dock in Liverpool?

Nice for afternoon tea and good views. Don't know about lunch/dinner but from what I've heard -overpriced. You're paying for the view.

I've had a meal there. Fantastic views but very overpriced for what you get, and only small portions. Drinking is expensive too.

 

I much prefer Matou right at the river edge. Although you're not 34 storeys high, you still get good views and the rooftop bar is great if the weather is kind. Food is good too - very varied pan-asian menu.
