Tampa Question

We are staying at the Embassy Suites Downtown Tampa on Florida. We are on the line for the Teco Line Streetcar. Sailing on RCCL which I understand is terminal 3. Would it be possible to take this to the cruise terminal and walk the distance from there?

It would be no problem walking from the streetcar stop to the cruise terminal. However, I don't know how well the streetcar would handle luggage.

The streetcar stops right at the Tampa Terminal. You'd be fine taking a (reasonable) amount of luggage on it with you.
