Day Passes for Resorts

I know some resorts allow guests to use their facilities for the day with a fee. I'm talking about other than through a ship excursion. How do you find out which ones do this and how do you arrange for it? I'm looking at Grand Bahama Island, Nassau, and St Maarten. Thanks for any info.
