Pink Beach

Can one spend 7 hours in Nassau and go to those famed pink beaches or is that on another Bahamian island?

I have not been to the beach in Nassau, but I believe you may be referring to the Pink Sand beaches of Bermuda.

Pink Sands beach is on Harbour Island, Eleuthera. It's generally not accessible for a day trip unless you are doing an overnighter. The Bo Hengy leave at 8am on the dot (and you have to be onboard at 7:30am, and you return around 6:45 or so.. but can be much later if weather is bad. There's always a risk getting back from a long boat trip.
