pjinaz Posted July 7, 2016 #26 Share Posted July 7, 2016 I have loved most Carnival ships. I have to say the one ship I did not care for is the Miracle. I have been on the Pride and Legend, her sister ships and like them, so I don't know what it was about the Miracle. The Dream class ships are awesome. I would definitely see where the Dream, Magic, Breeze or Vista are going and pick one. The Conquest class (Freedom) are nice too, but they are getting older. The Dream class are a lot newer. Just about any ship on any cruise line is fabulous. Hope you find a cruise and have a great time.
tea4ular Posted July 7, 2016 #27 Share Posted July 7, 2016 (edited) For a 4 or 5 women in their early 50s cruise, I would take a look at Magic out of Orlando and specifically for the Cloud9 Spa. My 2 friends & I did just that on the Splendor and got hooked all over again! With Magic you get a larger ship, with tons of fun things to enjoy (a pub, the Cloud9 - which does cost extra - dive in movies (outside by the pool), a nice serenity deck (free), a good size comedy club, and even a few of those "for younger" type things like a ropes course. Magic goes both Eastern & Western Caribbean routes - we did Western last year and immediately booked Eastern for next, yep, that good. tandemcruzr Posted July 8, 2016 #28 Share Posted July 8, 2016 I suggest the Magic out of Port Canaveral Jan 7 or 14. Both are 7 day cruises with nice ports. (we will be on both) :D
