Luggage Express - Pt. Canaveral

I have searched the Carnival website high and low for information regarding Luggage Express, to no avail. I know that it only applies to certain airlines, and I'd like to have this info. before I book airfare, since we will probably catch a late return flight back to Seattle upon debarkation and would like to not have to worry about our luggage. Has anyone used this recently from Port Canaveral to MCO or is it no longer being offered?
