Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay/Wilma

I called Marriott's 1-800 number and was informed the last update on this hotel was they were without water and power. No mention of structural damage or broken windows. If anyone else finds out about any other updates please post. I am supposed to be in Miami Thursday night.

I would try calling the hotel directly. I haven't been down there yet. I know there is damage to the JW Marriott, but haven't heard anything about the Biscayne Bay Marriott. The power is coming back slowly across the region and the water situation is suppose to improve by tomorrow night.

Thanks for responding TrentS! I tried calling earlier today and of course the call would not go through. I will try again in the morning though.

I called the Marriott Biscayne Bay and everything is fine there. She said damage in the area but the hotel is open and has power and water.

Thanks for posting this update. I called yesterday afternoon and was told that they did not have power or water but other than that they should be open soon. Good to hear.
