Summit 7/2 Alaska questions

We've sailed Celebrity several times but still wonder about dress code for dinners as we will still be in port several nights during the cruise. Usually they have 2 formal, 2 semi and 3 casual dress codes, is this still true? I've been told to leave the tux in cold storage.

If anyone's been on the Northbound, which is the better night/s to eat in the fancy dining room.

NJDee.... I am sailing on the Summit on 6/11. We did Alaska on the Mercury last summer and the 2 Formal/2Semi/3 casual were upheld. I am expecting the same on the Summit.

Yes, many tuxes ...even in Alaska.

I would talk to the Summit folks who cruise in the weeks before you...on the exact itinerary. Find out what dress codes were inplace on the specific days. Then, look carefully @ the excursions you have planned. You may plan to not eat in the dining room on specific nights...and can leave those outfits at home! icon_biggrin.gif
