cruiser7706 Posted July 27, 2016 #1 Share Posted July 27, 2016 We will be travelling with a 3 and 6 year old and are considering doing a Bernard Tour. Is this something that would keep the interest of this age group? Are there enough stops that would interest them?
ForeverAfter Posted September 19, 2016 #2 Share Posted September 19, 2016 Curious as well. We're considering this tour with our 5 & 8 year old.
Karysa Posted September 19, 2016 #3 Share Posted September 19, 2016 I think that this is a great question to also post on the CRUISECRITIC family board.
Buford T Justiice Posted September 19, 2016 #4 Share Posted September 19, 2016 We've done Bernards Tour four times with our now 8 year and we've enjoyed the day each time. The "shopping time" kind of drags and that's when you need something to occupy the younger ones. Also on the return to the cruise ship port, sometimes there is a lot of traffic and that time can also drag. In general we like the day because of the tour, beach time at Orient, sea urchin guy, lizard stop, etc. Our drivers Sexy, Mailman, etc. are very clear about how long it is to the next stop. The tour also works well for us because my very active 87 year old mother comes with us
jpuglvr Posted September 20, 2016 #5 Share Posted September 20, 2016 We did the tour in November with a 3,8 and 10 year old. It took us to the iguanas which I don't think they do anymore, orient beach for two hrs and Marigot and Maho to watch the planes. It was a great day for the kids and is everyone enjoying themselves. Mailman was out your guide he was great!
