A Liquor List not A Menu

Does anyone know where you can go to get an official Liquor list. It is different than a menu, and what tier are the different liquors and beers are in? Every bar on every line has one.

Info on that page is waaaay outdated. UBP has been revamped at least once after that cruise Gambee took.

 

These are much more up to date, but there isn't and I haven't seen a tier list around anymore since NCL pretty much dropped the designation limits from the UBP:

I know you said you didn't want the menu, but… have you seen the menu? It sounds kind of like what you are describing (and it's the only sort of thing I've seen at "every bar on every line").
