Does the Sunshine have the Seuss entertainment on board? Is there a charge for the Seuss Character breakfast?

Yes they do, and yes on the breakfast. It is $5.00 per person, well worth it. You can call and make reservations when you board. Ours was the last sea day, choice of two times. The characters come out and take pics with the kids (they won't let you take with your camera). You can also take pics with your children at several stand-up signs. They give you way too much food though, especially for the kids. It is fun. I had the steak and eggs and it was great!

The Seuss Character breakfast is well worth the $5 per person. Food is great, very entertaining. There's not a dull moment.
