Buckimion Posted July 29, 2016 #1 Share Posted July 29, 2016 (edited) My wife decided that she wants to rent a cabana for our stop at HMC. IF this is canceled due to bad weather, does Carnival refund the credit card, provide onboard credit (that can be withdrawn), or merely give a voucher toward a future purchase? I'm hesitant to rely on the latter because we already have other vacation plans for the next 1-2 years. winddawn Posted July 29, 2016 #4 Share Posted July 29, 2016 This happened to me too. The cabana rental was credited to my sail and sign account onboard.
Muumuu Posted July 29, 2016 #5 Share Posted July 29, 2016 But how does it work if you have reserved and paid for a cabana months in advance?

sararebekahquinn Posted July 29, 2016 #7 Share Posted July 29, 2016 We were refunded to the sail and sign card, and then used the money toward our bill.
