Me and my bro in law and sister and their daughter are in 8151 inside cabin on the sunshine and wondering if they can still push the twins together into a king and still have the two pull downs

The bedding situation will probably depend on what exact cabin you are in. Some have 2 twins (converting to a king), a pullman above those twins/king, and then the couch is made into a bed.
