Review of Oceania Riviera

We have a Penthouse suite being held on the Riveria, and an Aft penthouse suite held on the Regal Princess. I know these are two completely different types of experiences. We have cruised 50+ times. The Aft cabin is Hugh and the balcony is amazing on the Regal. The Riveria cabin looks lovely, but from pictures I have seen the balcony is narrow and unimpressive. I love the elegant nature of the Riveria, but ( as the poster of this thread mentioned) am concerned about not much to do onboard. This is for the Eastern Caribbean in Dec. any thoughts? Anyone been on the Regal? Thanks.

We had a penthouse on the Riviera. There are many good qualities on Oceania. You receive priority embarkation, access to private Executive Lounge, complimentary soft drinks, coffees and snacks throughout the day,

24-hour Butler service, Unlimited access to Canyon Ranch SpaClub® private Spa Terrace, complimentary Oceania Cruises logo tote bag, complimentary internet, gourmet evening canapés, free specialty dinning reservations, bottle of champagne, among other things. I have sailed Princess several times, but never in a penthouse suite so I am not sure what the size and amenities there are. Of course the Princess ship is going to be bigger. Both ships are on the newer end. Princess will definitely be better with evening entertainment and activities on board. Oceania on the other hand will include more things on board for the price. Compare the itinerary and determine what type of vacation you would prefer.
