Holland America does that too. Happy hour= buy one, get one for a buck. I've never seen that on Carnival though.

Just getting off of the Miracle on a Mex Riv itinerary... Buying drinks for the wife and I, I was offered $4 off if I made it a double... :D Yes... I partook of those regularly!!
