Teddy123 Posted August 20, 2016 #1 Share Posted August 20, 2016 We are in Quebec for 3 days and it looks as if having multiple tickets on an Occasional Card would be the best bet for getting around on buses. The RTC website isn't very helpful in determining the easiest (ie closest to the cruise dock, assuming we are in the Dock 22 area) place to get an Occasional Card. So any advice would be welcome. Thanks.

Thanks. I find the RTC site pretty useful - did you flip it to English? This page allows searching by postal code and all the results link to a very comprehensive map. If you are at 22, then the most convenient sales outlet is likely the Tabagie Gigere - Point of Sale 102. That same map also lists every bus stop, which services run from it, etc.
Teddy123 Posted August 20, 2016 Author #3 Share Posted August 20, 2016 Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, the link to Tabagie Gigere doesn't seem to work for me (times our as no response), and neither do a lot of the other links from the RTC site to maps, etc - not sure why. Teddy123 Posted August 20, 2016 Author #4 Share Posted August 20, 2016 Just checked on Google and Tabagie Giguere does seem a good bet - so thanks for the info. Lots of pages from the RTC still time out rather than displaying though (for me, anyway).
Rare martincath Posted August 20, 2016 #5 Share Posted August 20, 2016 Weird. Maybe British ISPs are starting to cripple French language sites to get prepped for Brexit... ;-)
