MandyMommyof2 Posted August 20, 2016 #1 Share Posted August 20, 2016 Just trying to see if there's any big difference. Will we see more having a stateroom on one side, more than the other? Currently booked in a port side for our July 2017 cruise.
TheDougOut Posted August 20, 2016 #2 Share Posted August 20, 2016 Probably the #1 concern should be proximity to loud venues. Make sure you have enough distance between your room and spots like the Brew House and 5 O'Clock Somewhere. As far as sight-seeing, if you're on the eastern Caribbean itinerary, the port side offers quite the "island show" when leaving Tortola.

Thanks for that tip! I'll do that ASAP. We had the port side last year on the Getaway, and that "island show" is definetly something to see! Thanks so much for your suggestions!
